ROTARY 4-WAY TEST
The test, asks the following questions: Of the things we think, say or do
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
In 1932, Rotarian Herbert J. Taylor created The Four-Way Test.The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The
test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings:
August is Membership month in the Rotary World. We are a group of like-minded people who have a passion to do good in the world. Be it helping to improve our environment, helping those in need, providing Dictionaries to every 3rd grader in Pacifica, beach clean-up, etc.
We have a passion for service. We also know that many hands mean less work. The more members we have the more ideas that come forward to help improve our community and the world. See a need in the community? Want to make a difference? Have a project that you would like to see started and completed? We are for you!

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Pacifica,
Our Club is a service organization of Pacifica professionals who enjoy working together to make a difference in our community and around the world. We are a non-political organization open to all people regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender or political preference. Worldwide, Rotary has over 35,000 clubs and 1.2 million members. We believe that: “Rotary does not wait for a solution; we work to create it.”*
Through our fundraising and work parties, we have beautified the community, provided dictionaries to third graders, supported programs for local veterans, supported the Covid-19 effort by providing masks and collected food for those in need in Pacifica. We have supported Rotary International’s campaign to end Polio world-wide, helped women in Central America with micro credit loans and built a clean water system for a village in Guatemala. We are passionate about “Service Above Self”!
If this seems like a fit for you, please join our Rotary family at Sharp Park Golf Course Restaurant (2600 Francisco Blvd, Pacifica, 94044). We meet Tuesday mornings at 7:15 AM. The first Tuesday of each month is an evening meeting starting at 6:00 PM with No Host Cocktails and fellowship with dinner at 6:30 PM and a speaker at 7:15 PM.

OUR PROJECTS
Dictionary Delivery Day!
Every year the club delivers dictionaries to 3rd graders at each of the local schools. We are honored to support the continued education of the kids of Pacifica.
Boys & Girls Club Painting Project Done!
Your Rotary Team is at it again. We have completed a very large project of painting the Boys & Girls Club here in Pacifica. There has been some weed wacking, power washing and painting done.
We are now raising funds for this for additional electrical and roof repairs. Please hit the donate button above if you can help in any way. Your contribution will be posted on this website.

McCarthy Overlook Project
Time for a refresh of the McCarthy Overlook at the top of Sharp Park Road. The club banned together to remove weeds, plant some fresh sod. Very Nice Work Club!
